21-【問答6】學密乘才能成佛嗎？

道次第概說

問：「學密乘才能成佛」這句話是真的嗎？

答：這種說法很容易造成誤會，因為從表面上看，可能會理解為「只學顯乘、不學密乘的大乘行者無法成佛」，但這句話其實並不是這個意思。

完全了解初地、二地到十地菩薩功德的人，對「成佛一定要學密」這句話完全不會有誤解的危險；不認識初地到十地菩薩功德的人，突然聽到「一定要學密」時，應該多少都會產生誤會。所以這個問題，我答也不是，不答也不是。
