不認識「無我」能去淨土嗎？

問：須要有無我的認識嗎？

答：不認識「無我」也可以投生淨土。這個概念以前講過，就成辦增上生而言，信心比智慧重要。有專一信心卻沒有智慧，與有智慧但沒有信心的人相比，前者比較容易獲得增上生；但如果把目標放在解脫，就必須學習無我、空性等道理，如果缺乏智慧就會很困難。也就是說，對於中士道以上的內容，如果缺乏智慧就很難使得上力；但是，以成辦增上生為主的下士道內容，如果沒有絲毫信心，就算有再高的智慧也沒有用。
