1-為何不動如來最殊勝的特質是披精進甲？

不動如來與妙喜淨土

問：所有的佛都要圓滿六度的修行，為何說不動如來最殊勝的特質是披精進甲呢？

答：

說不動如來的披甲精進最超勝，一方面與他最初發心時披精進甲的方式有關，二方面是從他披上精進甲冑開始直到成佛，中間都沒有任何的染污，完全貫徹了自己的誓言。由於這兩個原因，所以說不動如來的披甲精進最超勝。有些菩薩在最初發心時也披上了精進甲，但後來有違犯，然後再慢慢修正、進步，最後才做到完全沒有違犯。但不動如來則是從披上精進甲開始，就始終維持清淨無垢直到究竟成佛。
