1-如何相信自己能產生正確的覺受？

信心

問：若只有瑜伽行者的覺受才正確，如何相信我們有能力產生跟他們一樣的覺受？

答：

我不太確定這個問題背後的想法是什麼。所謂「瑜伽行者的覺受」指的若是具量的覺受，例如生起強烈的慈悲心、非常清楚地見到空性、消除煩惱，若你想要確定這些覺受是可以產生的，可以運用《釋量論第二品》裡說的理路。

若你問的不是具量的覺受，而是一般而言瑜伽行者的覺受，就必須先把你要問的那種覺受說清楚，接著才能運用理路進一步判斷。
