3- 如何產生不退的信心？

信心

問：要產生不退轉的信心，您曾提到兩種方法，一個是藉由學習產生，另一個是經由實修產生真正的體會。這兩種方法彼此間有什麼關係？

答：

要了解真相是什麼，必須透過學習，明白某法的體性、成立它的理由等等，這是學習大論典的方式。透過這種方式，你會清楚知道事實背後的原因，從而生起定解；生起定解後，進一步去實修，開始嚐到一點體會後，才能生起質量精純的不退轉信心。這兩種方法有前後關係，並非完全不同的兩回事。一起併行，才能產生堅定不退轉的信心。
