不快樂是個好機會

生活道場

當你覺得不快樂的時候，要把握機會好好問自己：「這不快樂是從哪裡來的？」透過思惟緣起的道理去探究原因。

接著再想想，靠著什麼樣的想法可以消除這些負面情緒？如果一個跟你有類似遭遇的人來到你面前，你會怎麼勸他？

試著用這樣的方式去研究看看吧！對你我而言，不快樂的時候，就是機會來臨的時候。這是一個學習的好機會，也是一個懂得經論的好機會。
